I absolutely love rally bear. I’m very picky about my electrolyte powders and like none of them. That is until I tasted the Lemon lime from rally bear. I add a little real lemon juice to my drink and viola it’s perfect. I have POTS so I need 10K mg of sodium a day and I hate the salty or too sweet electrolyte brands. But what I love about rally bear is it’s high in sodium and isn’t salty or too sweet. It’s been a game changing addition to my daily POTS routine. I genuinely love rally bear! I’ve bought a bag in nearly every flavor. As someone with many chronic health issues, including POTS, Rally Care makes me feel seen. At first I thought it was just the powder, but I found out it’s because they don’t use the anti-caking agents a lot of other companies add (which honestly aren’t great for you anyway). I’ll gladly shake my bottle for a few extra seconds knowing I’m getting a cleaner, healthier option. It tastes good, mixes well overall, and doesn’t feel gimmicky. I have tried a lot of electrolyte drinks, and this one is by far the best-tasting and easiest to drink, which means I actually drink it on a daily basis. The flavor is good, but more subtle and doesn’t taste too salty or sweet. I actually look forward to drinking it, and really enjoy the strawberry lemonade flavor. It’s very gentle on my stomach as well, which is a huge plus.
The electrolyte packets from Rally bear are perfect for on the go and traveling. I spent the weekend at the beach, and it was extremely hot, so having something reliable to boost.
