Our citric acid is the same organic acid found in lemons and limes. We use a small amount for pH balance and stability, making Rally Bear lighter and less acidic than many traditional brands.
Not all magnesium is created equal. While you’ll often see Oxide (common but hard to absorb) or Glycinate (popular for slower release), we chose Magnesium Citrate for a specific reason: speed and solubility.
Citrate and Glycinate are both highly bioavailable with similar absorption rates. However, because Citrate is highly water-soluble, it can lead to a faster rise in blood magnesium levels. It mixes cleaner, enters your system quickly, and delivers the same high-quality results—without the wait.
