Our flavors are derived from real botanical sources—like lemon peel and fruit essences—to complement our premium minerals.
Our citric acid is the same organic acid found in lemons and limes. We use a small amount for pH balance and stability, making Rally Bear lighter and less acidic than many traditional brands.
Not all magnesium is created equal. While you’ll often see Oxide (common but hard to absorb) or Glycinate (popular for slower release), we chose Magnesium Citrate for a specific reason: speed and solubility.
Citrate and Glycinate are both highly bioavailable with similar absorption rates. However, because Citrate is highly water-soluble, it can lead to a faster rise in blood magnesium levels. It mixes cleaner, enters your system quickly, and delivers the same high-quality results—without the wait.
We use 200mg of L-theanine per stick. L-theanine is an amino acid naturally found in tea that helps promote calm, focused energy—without making you feel drowsy. It’s great for taking the edge off stress and keeping you clear-headed and balanced.

I absolutely love rally bear. I’m very picky about my electrolyte powders and like none of them. That is until I tasted the Lemon lime from rally bear. I add a little real lemon juice to my drink and viola it’s perfect. I have POTS so I need 10K mg of sodium a day and I hate the salty or too sweet electrolyte brands. But what I love about rally bear is it’s high in sodium and isn’t salty or too sweet. It’s been a game changing addition to my daily POTS routine. And I never leave reviews but I wanted to for this product bc of how much it has helped me.
Just finished a half marathon as part of an Ironman 70.3. It was in 80 degree weather and sunny and thanks to Rally Bear I stayed hydrated the whole way! Shaved 8 min off of my half marathon PR.
I genuinely love rally bear! I’ve bought a bag in nearly every flavor. As someone with many chronic health issues, including POTS, Rally Care makes me feel seen. I’ve tried many electrolytes to get my extra salt. The OG rally bear in lemon-lime is simple and easy to sip down. I used to choke down my LMNTs and I never liked Liquid IV. I also love the added benefit of L-Theanine since one of my POTS subtypes is the hyperadrenergic type and I need all the nervous system regulation and fight-or-flight blunting support I can get!
This is for hydration but honestly I take 1/2 packet before bed and sleep so well. I take the other 1/2 immediately upon waking to wake up the system. Love this stuff. Lemon Lime is delicious.
I love the watermelon Rally Bear. As someone with POTS I struggle finding a clean electrolyte with high sodium, lower magnesium, and good quality ingredients. Plus I actually enjoy the taste. I’m excited to try the other flavors and the stickers were a huge suprise that made me so excited!

I’ve been using it around workouts and on busy days when I know I’m not drinking enough water, and I can definitely tell a difference in how I feel. One thing worth mentioning is that you do have to shake it a little more than some other mixes I’ve used. At first I thought it was just the powder, but I found out it’s because they don’t use the anti-caking agents a lot of other companies add (which honestly aren’t great for you anyway). I’ll gladly shake my bottle for a few extra seconds knowing I’m getting a cleaner, healthier option. It tastes good, mixes well overall, and doesn’t feel gimmicky. Definitely recommend if you want a solid electrolyte drink that actually prioritizes quality.

Works better than expected Needed something to get me moving in the morning and this did the job felt pretty decent after. Taste a bit salty but really not that bad compared to a lot of other brands out there. I work in the heat so helps keep me hydrated

I have tried a lot of electrolyte drinks, and this one is by far the best-tasting and easiest to drink, which means I actually drink it on a daily basis. The flavor is good, but more subtle and doesn’t taste too salty or sweet. I actually look forward to drinking it, and really enjoy the strawberry lemonade flavor. It’s very gentle on my stomach as well, which is a huge plus.

I didn’t think I’d like the lemon lime flavor as I don’t like sour flavors but I love it! I have Long Covid and POTS and have to drink a lot of electrolytes but without all the extra stuff that affects my MCAS. Love that Rally Bear doesn’t have sugar or any artificial fillers!

I have hereditary alpha tryptasemia and mcas and specific antibody deficiency and fibromyalgia and hypothyroidism and stage 3a kidney disease and it has helped me to not be so dizzy. I like the clean ingredients because some of the ingredients in Other drink mixes makes my mast cell to over produce and i have allergic reactions. And i love the taste not to sweet or salty. You have a stellar product. The only problem is that im out and i cannot reorder because your stock is out of the flavors.
The Unflavored option is good to add to other drinks. Recently ive been adding it to my lesser sodium electrolyte drinks to meet my sodium intake for the day sooner to help with my POTS. But it's also good for adding to other drinks while out and about.
