I started trying Rally Bear last month as my doctor believes I have POTS. I have been asked to increase my sodium intake to improve my blood volume. I started with one packet a day and didn't notice much difference. I began using 2 packets a day and saw a reduction in my daytime fatigue, reduction in my dizziness, and reduction in my headaches. I had 2 go about 2 weeks with reduced usage and about a week with none and boy did I notice the difference. My fatigue came back, I was dizzy more often, and began experiencing more headaches again. I was able to start a new subscription and I am so happy to have this product back, and being able to use it regularly. It has helped with my symptoms greatly. I personally use 1 packet for 2 bottles as the sweetness can be a little much, but hey I love to stretch a product out! So that's a win for me. Recently many flavors were out of stock, so I was only able to get watermelon and unflavored. I was a little dissapointed about that but was assured by customer service, all flavors would be in stock for my next order. I am looking forward to getting more flavors in my next order, and maybe in the future getting additional options of flavors. I have not found a flavor I did not enjoy. I used the unflavored packet in my diluted juice mix, and I could not taste it at all. I am excited to see what else I can use the unflavored one for. Thank you Rally Bear for making life a little more managable!
I have POTS and getting enough sodium has been a battle. Other supplement powders I've tried either don't have enough sodium or taste really salty. Rallybear has 1100 mg sodium and tastes really good. It also contains more potassium and magnesium than others that I've tried, which is great because my potassium tends to run low. I'm definitely coming back for more!
I am very impressed with Rally Bear! I have POTS and I have to have 8000 mg of sodium a day and the majority of the electrolyte powders I found that were “formulated” for POTS didn’t have enough sodium in it for my daily goal. I saw a Facebook reel for Rally Bear, and I signed up for the Rally Care Program which gives you 20% off for life if you have conditions like POTS that require electrolytes and I placed an order. I love thatIt also has ginger in it. I get severe nausea cause I have severe gastroparesis as well so it helps settle my stomach and it tastes amazing! My favorite is the strawberry lemonade! It doesn’t really taste salty at all. I make it a point to drink one a day along with my POTS regimen to help make my sodium goals easier to reach and to help relieve my symptoms. I also signed up for the subscription four bags every 90 days which equals out to like $31 or so a month for a bag so that’s not that bad! I also saw a Facebook reel where the founder had learned about one of their custo who was having to take six sticks of rally bear a day to meet her sodium goals and he called her personally and was telling her about the new flavors that had came out and he even offered to send her them for free. That truly shows that this company cares about their customers and that it is not just about the profit for them. That truly says something. That is another reason why I chose this brand. They have also made Rally Bear HSA/FSA eligible, which is absolutely wonderful!

Love the taste and they keep me very well hydrated!!!
It's a little grainy, like some of the ingredients didn't fully dissolve. But the taste is great, I have to get over 5,000mg of sodium a day, these really help with that.
Love the bottle, just the perfect size to carry around everywhere.

It's great
Since my cardiologist emphasizes "lots of salt" to help manage my POTS. RallyBear actually performs to what I am prescribed and actually tastes better to me than the others higher sodium, I can control how much water. Good balance of salty sweet where is goes down smoother than they others. So far it is the very best I have tried with sodium I need for my POTS and I love the RallyCare aspect. Worth the subscription.

Best electrolytes I’ve ever had! I’ve tried tons. So easy on my stomach.
The taste is good, but they are soo salty and strong. I have to fill my 32oz water bottle full for one packet to not taste like a watermelon doused in salt.
Store owner replied: Totally understand! Since each stick has 1,100mg of sodium, there’s only so much we can do to completely hide that salty taste. Most people tell us Rally Bear tastes much lighter and less salty than other high-sodium electrolyte brands, but taste can definitely be subjective! Glad you found that 32 oz works well for you though 💙 A lot of people who prefer a lighter flavor do the exact same thing!
Great products!
I might have continued using this product but due to them putting B vitamins in the mix, I can not tolerate the aftertaste and vitamibs don’t belong in electrolytes!

Great flavor.
The taste is much better than any other hydration drink I’ve tried. I felt good after drinking it. Look forward to trying all the flavors. Would recommend 10/10
Too sweet, too fake of a taste

We know taste can be really personal—some people love it as is, while those who find it a little too sweet usually mix it with double the water and say they enjoy it much more. Adding a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime juice can also help balance the sweetness 💙
I LOVE this product. Not only do they have Rally Care which is a huge help since being chronically ill is so expensive but this product actually works and tastes great! I love the watermelon and strawberry lemonade flavors. I’m a customer for life!
My daughter has Celiac disease, dysautonomia, as well as ME. Rally Bear is the only electrolyte that doesn't bother her stomach at high doses. She needs a minimum of 6 grams of sodium a day, and these help her reach her goal. We love them!

This is the best tasting high sodium hydration drink we have found!! We love it and drink it daily. My daughter needs to hit around 8000mg a day and this has been a huge help to her

Loved all the flavors in the sample pack. Can’t even tell there’s salt in them!
The water bottle is great! I love the Lemon lime flavor. It is definitely my favorite. I didn’t like the watermelon or strawberry lemonade and those two I kept having to shake to mix up well. It seemed like the powder never fully dissolved.

Since we don’t use anti-caking agents, fillers, or silicone-based blending agents, the minerals can sometimes take a little extra shaking to fully mix. I have POTS so I have to drink my salt. This was enjoyable to drink. I didn’t feel like I was downing a salt packet and I didn’t have an upset stomach when I finished. That was what made me stop drinking other brands. I think I found my new go to product. I also love a dedicated bottle for my drinks with a cute name.
So thankful for this electrolyte product. Truly helps me.
I wish it dissolved better in water, the sediment left over freaks me out a bit. Love the flavors and I have found it super helpful though!

It does seem to have been more of an issue with our Strawberry Lemonade flavor specifically, and we’re already getting that fixed for our next production run.
