The Rally Bear iPhone 17 Pro Giveaway begins July 22, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends July 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

2. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 49 United States and District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Rally Bear LLC, along with members of their immediate families and individuals living in the same household, are not eligible.“Immediate family” includes spouses, parents, legal guardians, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses.The Giveaway is void in Rhode Island, outside the eligible geographic area and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Eligibility is subject to verification by the Sponsor.
3. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on July 22, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on July 31, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”). The Sponsor’s computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway. Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period are not eligible.
4. How to Enter: Eligible individuals may enter using either method below.There is a maximum of four total entries per person and household, regardless of the entry method or combination of entry methods used.A. Entry With Purchase During the Giveaway Period, purchase a qualifying full-size 24-stick Rally Bear bag from drinkrallybear.com. Each qualifying bag purchased will receive one entry, up to the four-entry maximum. Examples include:* One qualifying bag equals one entry.* Two qualifying bags equal two entries.* A. four-bag bundle equals four entries.* Orders containing more than four qualifying bags remain limited to four entries. Qualifying subscription renewal orders successfully processed during the Giveaway Period will automatically receive entries based on the number of qualifying bags included in the order, subject to the four-entry maximum. Qualifying purchases placed on July 22, 2026 before the customer received or viewed the Giveaway announcement will also be included automatically. No additional action is required for purchase-based entries. Entries will be associated with the purchaser’s name, email address and shipping address. Trial packs, sample packs, individual sticks, gifts, taxes, shipping charges and non-Rally Bear merchandise do not generate entries unless expressly stated otherwise by the Sponsor. Canceled, fraudulent, fully refunded, disputed or charged-back orders are not eligible. If part of an order is canceled or refunded, entries will be calculated using only the qualifying bags remaining in the completed order. B. Alternate Entry Without Purchase To enter without making a purchase, visit the Rally Bear iPhone 17 Pro Giveaway Entry Form during the Giveaway Period and submit all required information. Each complete and valid alternate entry form submission will receive four entries, equal to the maximum number of entries available through the purchase method. Limit one alternate entry form submission per person and household. Alternate entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on July 31, 2026. Duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent or falsified submissions are void. No email or SMS marketing subscription is required to enter. Submitting the alternate entry form will not subscribe an entrant to marketing communications unless the entrant separately provides marketing consent. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. C. Entry LimitThere is a maximum of four total entries per person and household, regardless of the method or combination of methods used. If an entrant receives purchase-based entries and also submits the alternate entry form, only the first four eligible entries will be included. Any attempt to exceed the entry limit by using multiple names, identities, email addresses, accounts or mailing addresses may result in disqualification of all entries associated with that person or household.
5. Prize: One verified winner will receive one brand-new, unlocked Apple iPhone 17 Pro with 256GB of storage.The approximate retail value of the prize is $1,099.The winner may select from colors available when the prize is fulfilled. Color choice and product availability are not guaranteed.Wireless service, activation, AppleCare, accessories and any other products or services are not included. The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The actual retail value may vary. Any difference between the approximate retail value and actual value will not be awarded.
6. Winner Selection and Odds: On or about August 3, 2026, the Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The selected entrant is only a potential winner until their eligibility has been verified and all required documentation has been completed.
7. Winner Notification and Verification: The potential winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their qualifying purchase or alternate entry form. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the Sponsor’s first notification attempt. The potential winner may be required to:* Confirm their identity, age, residence and eligibility.* Provide valid government-issued identification.* Complete an affidavit or declaration of eligibility.* Sign a liability and publicity release where permitted by law.* Provide tax information required by the Sponsor.* Complete any other documentation reasonably required to award the prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 48 hours, is found to be ineligible, fails to provide the requested documentation or otherwise violates these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner. The Sponsor intends to announce the verified winner on August 3, 2026. If verification has not been completed by that date, the winner will be announced as soon as reasonably possible afterward.
8. Prize Delivery and Taxes: The winner will not be required to pay the Sponsor any fee, shipping charge or other amount to receive the prize. Any federal, state or local tax obligations resulting from accepting the prize are the winner’s responsibility. The Sponsor may request tax information and provide any tax reporting documents required by law. The prize will be delivered to a valid address within the eligible geographic area. The Sponsor is not responsible for delays caused by product availability, shipping carriers or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
9. Entry Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who:* Violates these Official Rules.* Submits false, incomplete or misleading information.* Attempts to exceed the entry limit.* Uses automated, robotic, scripted or fraudulent entry methods.* Tampers with the entry process or operation of the Giveaway.* Interferes with another person’s participation.* Engages in abusive, threatening, deceptive or unsportsmanlike conduct. Entries generated by scripts, bots, macros, automated systems or other mechanical means are prohibited and void. The Sponsor’s decisions concerning eligibility, entries, winner selection and all other Giveaway matters are final and binding.
10. General Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or another circumstance outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway.If the Giveaway is terminated before the scheduled end date, the Sponsor may select a winner through a random drawing from eligible entries received before termination or through another fair method determined by the Sponsor.The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Rally Bear LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, contractors, advertising partners and promotion partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses arising from or relating to:* Participation in the Giveaway.* Acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize.* Technical, network, internet, website, email or submission failures.* Incorrect, incomplete, lost, late, delayed, corrupted or misdirected entries or communications.* Unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway.* Printing, typographical, administrative or other errors related to the Giveaway. Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
12. Publicity Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize grants the Sponsor permission to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, state, likeness, voice, photograph and statements regarding the Giveaway for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation or approval.
13. Privacy Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact entrants and the potential winner, deliver the prize, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and enforce these Official Rules. Information will be handled according to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entering the Giveaway does not automatically subscribe an entrant to marketing communications. Marketing messages will be sent only when the entrant has separately provided the required consent or already has an applicable marketing relationship with the Sponsor.
14. Disputes and Governing Law: These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except where prohibited by law, disputes arising from or relating to the Giveaway or these Official Rules will be brought individually in a state or federal court with appropriate jurisdiction in Utah. Nothing in this section deprives an entrant of any non-waivable consumer protection rights provided by the laws of their jurisdiction.
15. Winner Information: After the winner has been verified, the Sponsor may publish the winner’s first name, last initial, city and state on its website, through email or through its social media channels. To request the winner’s name, email hello@drinkrallybear.com with the subject line “iPhone 17 Pro Giveaway Winner Request” within 60 days following the end of the Giveaway Period.
16. Apple Disclaimer: Apple Inc. is not a sponsor, administrator, endorser or participant in this Giveaway and is not affiliated with this promotion. Apple and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc. References to Apple products are used solely to identify the prize being offered.
17. Severability: If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
